Welcome to Pathways to Relationships. By using this website and engaging in coaching services with Joanne Sapers, you agree to the terms described below. These Terms of Service are written in plain language, consistent with the honesty and care that define everything we do.

Coaching, Not Therapy

The services offered through Pathways to Relationships are coaching services. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. Joanne Sapers is a Certified Life Coach and Licensed Spiritual Practitioner, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking process designed to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom, gain clarity, and create meaningful change in your relationships and your life. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, please contact a licensed mental health professional or a crisis line in your area.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this website respectfully and lawfully. You will not attempt to disrupt, harm, or misuse the site or its content. All content on this website — including text, images, artwork, and design — is the property of Pathways to Relationships and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Sessions and Scheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and Joanne. Sessions are conducted virtually. Each session lasts approximately 75 minutes. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else.

Fees and Payments

Current pricing for all offerings is listed on the Working Together page. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Fees are subject to change, but any change will not affect sessions already paid for or programs already underway.

Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis with care and fairness. If you have concerns about a payment, please contact us directly.

Confidentiality

Everything you share in a coaching session is held in strict confidence by Joanne. Your personal information and session content will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

No Guarantees

Coaching is a collaborative process. Your results depend on your own participation, openness, and willingness to engage. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching. What we can promise is a safe, compassionate, and heart-centered space for you to do your own inner work.
